About the Hilan Castle

The Hilan Castle was built in 1913 by Charles and Teresa Roper. Located in the heart
of the romantic Coastal city of Newport, Oregon (Newport map to Hilan Castle); it has a
mysterious and eccentric ambience that harkens back to a time gone by.

The Hilan Castle is built on a slope and has three levels. On each level, one can enjoy a panoramic view
of the Oregon Coastline. All three levels are furnished apartments and available for rental in October, 2006.
